Software services, expertise and consulting related to these tasks are the main profile of the organization. PlanDoc Consulting Ltd., Managing Director, Founder-Owner
Ideator and founder, the company he led for 14 years has become the undisputed market leader in the domestic market in the field of planning and information management systems for construction projects. The developed PlanDoc and PlanDoc.Site systems ensured more efficient communication, clear responsibilities and fast information management between the project participants. Hundreds of project references include the largest domestic projects, such as the MOL Campus tower block, Budapart residential development, Puskás Stadium, Athletic Stadium, Kossuth Square renovation, BMW and Mercedes factory development, Samsung factory development, Ludovika and Physical Education university developments, CPI and WING residential areas, Buda Castle District renovation, industrial and logistics, and infrastructure developments. The total value of projects managed by the solutions, operated as a continuous service, exceeded 15 billion euros (6 thousand billion HUF). In February 2023, it successfully sold its business share and exited. - July 2006 – November 2009
ELM Management Ltd., Managing Director, Consultant and Project Manager
He participated in the development of the cost and schedule planning software for construction projects, as well as the project controlling and corporate governance system. Later, he was responsible for the development direction of the software and for its introduction to key clients. He was Managing Director for a year, when a project planning and monitoring system had to be developed and introduced for the company's largest client, the National Infrastructure Development Company. He was one of the responsible for the integration of the solution to be delivered with SAP, which was used to monitor the technical and financial aspects of all road and railway construction and renovation projects in Hungary through an integrated software system. The investment value of the managed projects was approximately HUF 1,000 billion. As the first digital milestone in the organizational and process development of construction contractors, he introduced or provided project-based technical and financial controlling services for several clients. - May 2006 – July 2016

Teaching the time and financial planning of construction projects, leading exercises, and developing the professional topics of the subject of enterprise management systems. ASA Építőipari Kft., subordinate engineer
He was responsible for the development, process development and implementation of the BETSY production management system at one of the most significant reinforced concrete element manufacturing companies on the Hungarian market. His tasks included the audit and development of production and logistics processes, as well as the development and development of corporate calculation know-how based on the standard system. After a successful implementation, he occasionally provided external expert support for the following 6-8 years.
